We had the pleasure of enjoying a wonderful dinner here recently, starting in the best possible way—with a glass of French champagne. What followed was an evening of indulgence, where exquisite flavours, impeccable service, and a sophisticated atmosphere came together in perfect harmony.

The Experience

From the moment we walked in, we were immersed into the sophisticated ambiance – polished yet warm. The chic interiors, soft lighting, and the subtle hum of conversation created the perfect setting for an indulgent evening. We were so impressed with the decor we will be sending our ele HOME team back just to check out the stunning design-led interiors.

The Food

The menu at Franca takes you on a journey, blending the best of French and Mediterranean influences. Fresh oysters, paired perfectly with the crispness of champagne, subtle Australian influences with the Moreton Bay Bug and Barrumundi and classic Steak Frites, the food is both elegant and modern. On Saturdays you can enjoy a 2GR 9+ Wagyu Flank and Griller Lobster from their Saturday Surf ‘N’ Turf. The wagyu is rich and buttery, while the lobster is tender with just the right hint of smokiness from the grill. The Valrhona Chocolate Soufflé shouldnt be missed or try the classic Baked lemon Tart for dessert.

The service at Franca is impeccable. The staff are attentive without being overbearing, and each course was introduced with enthusiasm and knowledge. They ensured our glasses were never empty, and the seamless transitions between dishes made the dining experience feel effortless. It’s clear that Franca prides itself on creating an exceptional dining journey from start to finish.
