S KIDMAN & Co has bought Rossi Boots in its second move into the Australian fashion market in a matter of weeks, having earlier secured iconic brand Driza-Bone.

The private company of mining magnate Gina Rinehart, S Kidman & Co announced in mid-December that it bought the Australian boot brand from Propel Group, which also owned
Driza-Bone.

Mrs Rinehart said acquiring Rossi Boots was not just a business decision, but it also recognised the nation’s history.

Rossi Boots was founded by Arthur Rossiter in 1910, with its products manufactured for a wide range of industries and workers.
