There’s a brand spanking new ship servicing billionaire Gina Rinehart’s iron ore exports in WA’s north, and it’s likely to stand out from the pack.
The bright pink-coloured vessel – reflecting Mrs Rinehart’s support for breast cancer awareness – is named the Star Gina 2GR.
Mrs Rinehart gave the ship a special mention during her speech at Thursday’s National Agriculture and Related Industries Day, which she founded.The annual gala dinner was this year hosted in Perth and attended by more than 620 people.
2GR is the name of the full-blood wagyu beef, from cattle bred across Mrs Rinehart’s pastoral empire.
